Digestive problem ? Sleep problem?

Sleep problems are often the appearance of digestive disorders. It is easy to overlook, indeed often easy week in the life encountered such a situation. We can not say that asana can relieve disease, but the relationship between the appropriate adjustment is useful to one of the ways to alleviate these problems.

The following classification of the digestive organs is the most common ones:
The liver, gallbladder, spleen, stomach .

The performance of their sleep disorder most often is:
Too much sleep, drowsiness.
Sleeping too little - can not sleep, interrupted sleep, lack of sleep feeling tired easily, more dream .

I had an experience share  from a mother .She will lead her children to spractice some yoga before sleep after dinner .she say this improved her children often sleep problems because of stomach uncomfortable.

This mother is practice such like cat move .Then I added some idea or example, the following:

  • Pose:Savasana side bending :
  1. The sensation focus in the upper abdomen.
  2.  lie down on the back, relax the body, feet together keep gentle straight.
  3. Inhale, hands on the move far to over the head.
  4. to stabilize the lower body, upper body to the right lateral bending, breath and drop back of the body into the bed or mat .
  5. Repeat and change sides.
  • Movement: You extend both arms and feet together like a fish tail. it belong a fantasy moving into  the sea as like that they are colorful fish or tropical fish move about slowly leisurely swimming in the ocean.
  • Meditation (guiding) :Imagine in the endless sea, you stretched without gravity.

Because the practice with their children ,so sometimes a bit like a gentle gymnastics.but seems the results are not bad through in the meditation to help digestion and sleep.

Simple terms,Yoga for stress release is accepted by most public .Regardless of sleep or digestion have a close relationship with the stress level. we more than  explanation that influence each other .
Take this action is to massage the liver, gallbladder, spleen and stomach and other organs, strengthen thedigestive function, but also can help sleep.
