Organ and asana
Although many position was related each other for linking whole body , but we also can organize the body system part by part .even we know these post not just function for one organ .
Below is some posture or movement is about the organ or area with . could be view from the anatomically .Of course , by the ideally ,we always can create a lot   sensation from many way to do by the principle - breath , grounding and spine.

Yes ,allow for Asana on forever and the internal organs with cause these principles. so try go any pose can be with even simple - 

  • CAT pose:

Breathing out , arched back , let chin like indented to the chest,hip down .
The eyesin the direction toward the navel look at the past, and reallystretching the spine .
We keep doing other direction using exhale . the leg down, length back, the belly toward the floor, slightly raise the chin, and breathing out ,open the mouth make breathing sound out;  chest like open .
You will feel the the impact of the diaphragm to the abdominal cavityis clear .that 's why even now in this position the lower abdomen is like losing gravity but we never give up for these principles. 

  • Put the stomach on the ground ,lying on your belly, facing down. when you doing back bend from here,can try doing  with hands stretched on the back or beside the ears. however you do the exhale to lead the head, chest or legs off the ground.just to note that you can keep breath smoothly and the belly contact with the ground,they doing this pose together not just hold the abdominal muscles.this is compare last pose to away the gravity of the abdomen ,this obviously demonstrates that the contraction of abdominal muscles may not be the absolute power of the body up; the some reasons from the soft organ and tissue including diaphragm ,also course flexibility of the spine.


  • We try one more pose is put the spine on the ground - little boat:breathing in ,bend the knees,hands clinging both leg, try to make the thighs close to the lower abdomen then exhale,try let the lower back close to the floor, lift the buttocks do not follow too much .The next work can only take few breath here nothing need too much movement ,just waiting breath to give you answer. Yes, loos like this pose relaxed of the abdomen but many of the real response "abdominal work"here like some  squeeze, some release, and stimulate.

Monica doing the works here will put the pillows higher and higher to lifting the lower and middle torso. this work  as an easy way to try make sensation for the each organ in area. 
The large intestine,Small intestine, Spleen ,Gallbladder, Pancreas,Stomach and Liver....maybe some part of esophagus.
Perhaps all was only trying to, but it is undeniable that can be constantly aware of what the body in the event of total  like this operation is such a small world.
