Sesame oil mouthwash

This is other way some people may doing on an empty stomach in the morning. A method originating in India, it's ancient people may take a spoon of pure cold-pressed sesame oil to swish daily . The term is called “oil pulling.” The Ayuveda Dr Stressed that unlike Listerine, 60 seconds of swishing is not sufficient. This process continues for about 20 minutes. Theseinstructions explain how to swish appropriately.
  • On an empty stomach, measure one Tablespoon of sunflower oil or sesame oil.
  • Put the oil in your mouth and tilt your head back so it can reach the back molars (note: do not gargle or let it go back to your throat!)
  • Slowly swish and pull through the teeth for at least 10 minutes, ideally 15-20.
  • Spit it out only after it has become a thin, white foam. Do not swallow, or you will be swallowing countless parasites and bacteria with it.
  • Thoroughly rinse your mouth with water.

Warm-up / Start a day



This pose very good for leg ,abdominal area and Belly breath .
Traditionally considered good for glands near the Reproductive round and Umbilical round .
I lie teach this way to helps the stomach and intestines ,improve digestive function also helping eliminate flatulence.
Method:
1. Sit, slowly inhale.
2 exhale, hold hands under the right knee, right foot bent, the thigh in contact with the chest.
3. To maintain this position few seconds.then inhale, slowly p
ut down the right foot, restore the action.
4. Exhale, the hands clinging to the left knee, bent left foot, the thigh as like contact with the chest.
5. Maintain this position few seconds, inhale, slowly put down his left foot, restore the action.
6. Exhaled, the hands clinging to the legs below the knee, with legs bent so the both leg hold on the front of chest . it's little boat.


7. Again few seconds, inhale, slowly put down both legs, restore the action and Pay attention to the body.


This exercise moving along the intestine’s direction of up-cross -fall .

Doing with breathing ,Is very simple and effective for most people .

Someone have called this a "wake-up MUDRA" .They consider to do this in the morning then drink a cup warm water will help with drainage and maintenance of digestive function.

But we see back to the childhood may find out the inherent ability in the digestion system just simply. The baby search on the breast by reflection of the mouth and suck (breast) milk ,then has toilet needs ; Intermediate maybe uncomfortable crying through the flatulence etc , but we gradually will learn to choose for all by time to time then final choice to become what is my life .



Yoga say something about digestion, in addition to the physical posture , diet ,life and so on with how face of pressure etc. another  the invisible part can be more, like we breathe , activities, feeling the body and to modified our own inside and out finishing  a little bit by little bit. or  sometime like hides the mold. what ever injected nutrients for your body gradually. Although there will be suspicion and speculation is inevitable, but time and experience to answer it for it. For me this is also kind of digestion.




A lot of work want we must learn to see the unusual then to correct or proofreading.
